Hosted by Mexico Tourism Board, Mexican Chef from a small town called Juventino Rosas in the state of Guanajuato, at 5 years discovers the taste and passion for cooking watching his father and grandmother cook, with those learned the essence of cooking, marking him to watch his career.

In 2008 he entered the Universidad Tecnologica de San Miguel de Allende “UTSMA” graduating as university technician.

In 2010 he held his professional practices at the prestigious Rosewood Mayakoba Hotel in the Riviera Maya, where he manages to obtain a position in the kitchen of the Rosewood Hotel San Miguel de Allende in the state of Guanajuato.

In 2012 he completes his studies with a degree in gastronomy in the “UTSMA”; Thanks to his dedication and commitment he was climbing positions every year inside Rosewood San Miguel de Allende where he perfected his culinary techniques that today define his kitchen.

In 2014 it takes a very important challenge; The opening of Mundo Imperial Acapulco, as Chef de Partie; Where he finally obtained the position of Chef de Cuisine.

In 2015, his career moves to the state of Campeche at the Hotel Aak-Bal all Suites Resort as Executive Chef where his cuisine would become a trend in the area, which is why he is invited to the Gastronomic ” Expo Gourmet” festival in Campeche next to recognized Chef of the whole Country.

In 2016 is invited to join the ME Cabo By Melia Hotel where he is currently Executive Chef, where he continues to innovate with his dishes and passion that characterize him.
