A Houston native, Scott Tycer attended the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, OR and worked as executive sous chef at Wolfgang Puck’s Spago before returning to Texas to open the highly acclaimed Aries in 2000. Highly skilled in classic French cooking techniques, Tycer now oversees the wholesale, retail and café components of Kraftsmen Baking. Tycer opened his latest, most ambitious venture, in 2001 to wide acclaim.
